Health Promotion Clinic seeks experienced Personal Assistant to the Director. PA will deal with:

  • client correspondence

  • diary management

  • organising meetings and events

  • coordinating tasks

  • monitoring and evaluating project progress

  • compiling reports

  • collating expenses

  • maintaining filing

  • implementing procedures

  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director.

They will communicate between staff, clients and suppliers.


A degree in a communications, technology or business subject may be advantageous.
